Instructions for use

Mixing ratio: 1kg Liège waffle mix + 320ml water + 70g real butter Mixing: Mix +/- 3 minutes on the lowest setting with a dough hook or butterfly. Preparation: Bake for approx. 4 minutes at 180 °C Place the balls on the waffle iron and close the waffle iron without pressing! The batter finds its way between the iron and the sugar slowly melts as the batter bakes.
