Legendary CALLETS
Legendary Callets are small pieces of chocolate made in the form of flat, round discs or cubes for easy handling and dispensing. The term "Callets" is often used by Belgian chocolate brand Callebaut, but it can also be used generically for other brands of chocolate drops or slices.
Callets are used by chocolate makers and confectioners to melt chocolate quickly and easily because the small pieces melt evenly and give a smooth texture. They are available in different types of chocolate, from milk chocolate to dark chocolate, and can be used for a variety of applications, from making pralines and pastries to decorating desserts.
