Instructions for use

Mixing ratio: 1kg churros mix + 1 liter cold water Mixing: Mix with a dough hook on slow gear for about 5 minutes (results in a crispier baked structure). Blending with the butterfly gives a more even texture. Preparation: Bake for approx. 2 minutes at 180°C in frying oil. Portions per kg of churros mix: 9 to 15 – depending on the length and thickness of the churros
