Is there an alternative to cocoa butter for the white chocolate drips as I don't have any?
😊😊
Меньше слов ,больше дела.
Hi jemma, i have hot pink and white Colour Mill oil based colours, and want to use these for my drip, but im worried about the depth of the pink. I would like it really dark and vibrant. Any suggestions, or will using the white first, allow the pink to stand out? I have the same question for american buttercream. Ive seen a hack used on swiss meringue butter cream, where the frosting was heated in the microwave, cooled then whisked again, which created a really vibrant colour. I cant see this working on American butter cream.
Wondering how to make it close to yours mine is sliding so fast
Thank you for sharing your experiences and knowledge. I am finding the background activity very distracting
Thank you….soo amazing watching u do this
Hi Jemma, where do you get the cocoa butter to buy
Iam abig fan Iam imagining iam working wiz u
Jemma, my son Owen was pulling his hair out trying to do a drip cake. Your explanation was awesome, thank you very much, regards Damian
THE CAKE GOT DRIP
Is it best to do the drip on a refrigerated cake or room temp?
Great video. Is the same quantities for milk chocolate and can I keep the cake in the fridge over night without spoiling the drip? Thank you x
Thank you, this is so helpful! I need to make a white chocolate drip for my daughters birthday cake but it needs to be nut free. From what I have been reading is that the cocoa butter contains tree nuts. What do you do when you need to make a nut free white drip? I will add I'm not a baker so this is all a bit alien to me. thanks
Hi jemma, love your vids just wondering if there is a sustitute to coco butter or if you know where i can sorce some from in the uk?
O my Lord everything that could go wrong did go wrong..my ganache was too thick, the top shot off my squeeze bottle mid drip spilling ganache all down the sides..hot humid day in sunny Aus so buttercream softened really quickly.. crappy turntable got stuck, crooked and wobbly (note to self don't scrimp on key baking equipment) but I have learnt lot of repair tricks from you guys so persevered and got a "good enough" first effort to give to my newly wed neighbours as a wedding celebration cake..looked very home baked, but I learnt a lot..thanks Jemma
